After an Engineering degree, Clémence integrated the spare parts supply chain of PSA Peugeot Citroën. She started as a network logistics expert and then became a distribution project manager for UK and Spain. A total of 4 years of automotive background has provided her with a strong Lean culture: from visual management to practical problem solving!
Following this automotive background, Clémence became a consultant for Agilea, a consultancy agency specialised in Supply Chain management. Located in Toulouse, this position understandably allowed Clémence to interact and learn a lot from the aeronautical suppliers and the main challenges they face; ramp-up perspectives, high quality constraints, products complexity, long manufacturing lead times, …
In addition to consultancy, Clemence started to facilitate trainings and discovered a real appetite for the learning world.
As Knowledge Management became a key challenge for Airbus, Clémence started to design KM solutions and facilitate the solution toward the business. Through Knowledge Management, collaborative work and change management capabilities, the organisations are now empowered to implement sustainable change.
Clémence is now Head of Organisational Development in AirBusiness Academy, leading a diverse team of consultants who support our customers in their transformation challenges, embarking their people and talent toward collective performance.
