Taking into account cultural differences for a better global supply chain

Jean-Baptiste POMAR, Global Key Account Manager - Aerospace, Defense & Rail Division, Trigo

Due to its activities around the world, the professionals of the TRIGO group are often faced with cultural differences, sometimes a source of 'non-conformities' within the customer / supplier relationship if these are not taken into account.
Thanks to his feedback, a sales manager from the TRIGO group will present you the fundamentals of intercultural communication, some communication errors encountered as well as ways to better understand these cultural differences.
All this to ultimately (re)start on a good basis with your 'distant' interlocutors!
